Tasting notes
Slight straw yellow colour, introducing the light aroma of flowers and fresh fruit.
Pairs well with
Hors d'oeuvres and tasty first courses, white meat and fish: clams, oysters, seafood, risottos, smoked fish with aromatic herbs.

- Vineyard planting
- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 190 to 300 metres a.s.l., gradient 25 to 30%, vines 30 years old, planting density 4000 plants per hectare, yield 6500 kg per hectare.
- Vinification
- Soft pressing of whole grapes just after harvest, natural sedimentation by cooling for 24 hours without clarifying agents or enzymes, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for around 15 days. Matured in stainless steel for an average of 5 to 6 months.
