Tasting notes
Bright ruby red, expansive aromas of violet, black currants, wild black cherries and mint. Fine and dry on the mouth, elegant young body with hints of ripe fruit, fairly soft and well balanced.
Pairs well with
Beef stew, roast veal, game, rabbit, medium mature hard cheeses.

- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 300 to 350 metres a.s.l., gradient 30 to 35%, vines 20 to 22 years old, planting density 4000 plants per hectare, yield 6 to 6.5 tonnes per hectare.
- Vinification
- Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after picking, macerated for soft, continuous extraction; drawn off after 10 to 12 days. Matures keeping its youth and freshness, bottled generally at the end of the second winter after the harvest.
