Tasting notes
Bright garnet red, flowery nose showing roses and fruity sensations. Mouth filling and elegantly structured, round with complex, slightly spicy flavours lingering on the palate.
Pairs well with
Pasta dishes such as tagliolini with meat sauce, meat main courses served with sauces, medium mature cheeses.

- Vineyard planting
- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 300 to 350 metres a.s.l., gradient 30 to 35%, vines 18 to 20 years old, planting density 4000 plants per hectare, yield 7 tonnes per hectare.
- Vinification
- Grapes crushed and destemmed immediately after picking, macerated for soft, continuous extraction; drawn off after 7 to 8 days. Matures keeping its youth and freshness, bottled generally at the end of the second winter after the harvest.
