A Piemonte Chardonnay from the Antico Podere del Sant'Uffizio estate in Cioccaro di Penango, Asti.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflection, wildflower aroma, intense perfumes of lemon peel, pineapple and toasted almond. Dry, soft, well balanced with a full palate.

- Vineyard planting
- Guyot counter-espalier training. Altitude 300 metres a.s.l., gradient 20%, vines 20 years old, planting density 4000 plants per hectare, yield 6.5 tonnes per hectare.
- Vinification
- Soft pressing of whole grapes just after harvest, natural cold static decanting of the must for 24 hours without clarifying agents or enzymes, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control for around 15 days. Matured and bottled generally late in the summer following the vintage.
