Faset
By Paitin, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
Faset, first produced by Paitin in 2019, comes from two plots in the Faset cru, once owned by the Cocito counts of Neive: one facing full south, one south-west, natural continuations of neighbouring Asili Valdrappo.
Tasting notes
Faset plays on voluptuousness: stout and sensual, with fruit and flowers taking turns, opening into a wine of immediate balance.
