Mura Mura Borraccio

Borraccio is a rose made from the saignee bleed of Barbera and Nebbiolo used for Mura Mura's top crus, blended with the estate's aromatic white grapes, fermented and aged entirely in steel.

Vinification
Made from the generous bleed (salasso) of Barbera and Nebbiolo used for the estate's top crus, blended with aromatic white grapes. Fermented at controlled temperature in steel tanks to preserve original aromas, then aged a further 6 months in steel before bottling.
