Mura Mura
Mura Mura is a winery and farm of about thirty hectares between the Langhe and Monferrato, started by two friends, Guido and Federico, who first wanted the best fruit for Grom's sorbets before returning to wine. Around 11 hectares are vines: the estate at Costigliole d'Asti, around Le Marne Relais, for Grignolino, Freisa, Barbera and Moscato; the Barbaresco crus Roncaglie, Currà, Starderi and Serragrilli; and one hectare at Sorano in Serralunga d'Alba for Barolo. Beatrice, a Timorasso, comes from Monleale in the Colli Tortonesi.
The cellar, opened in 2019, is mostly underground with large windows onto the landscape. Wines ferment spontaneously and age partly in French oak and partly in ceramic amphorae. The cellar and shop are in Montegrosso d'Asti.
