Tasting notes

Red garnet colour with orangey nuances that become more marked with age; delicate, ethereal, intense, full and lingering aromas; warm, full, complex, dry and harmonious. Its austerity comes with sweet, complex tannins.

Rice, vegetable soup, pasta and braised meat or game; ripe cheeses
