Giovanni Sordo Monvigliero

Barolo from the Monvigliero MGA in Verduno, aged 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Quite beautiful colour, never too intense but very stable over time. A rich, spacious, lingering bouquet recalling fresh and small fruit, spice, mountain hay and autumn leaves. Excellent structure, with tannins and acids nicely in step.

Pairs well with

Excellent with roasts and game
