Barolo from the La Serra MGA in La Morra, east-facing at 400 to 450 m, with a 60-day maceration and 24 months in large Slavonian oak.
Tasting notes
Garnet red with ruby highlights. Fresh, elegant, complex and persistent bouquet with black cherry and floral hints of violet and rose. Rich and full-bodied on the palate, with harmonious yet vibrant tannins and long, intense aromatic persistence.
Pairs well with
Excellent with roasts, game and traditional Piedmontese meat dishes
