Tasting notes

Extremely delicate straw-yellow with pale green highlights. Full, fragrant aroma of fresh fruit, acacia flowers and honey. Dry, harmonious, full-bodied flavour.

Aperitifs, light and delicate dishes: fish and vegetable starters, risottos and pasta with vegetables, crustaceans, delicate fish dishes, omelettes
