Gigi Rosso Sorì del Moncolombetto

A single-vineyard Dolcetto from the Sorì del Moncolombetto hilltop at 500 m in Diano d'Alba, fermented in steel and rested in concrete.

Tasting notes

Deep, intense purple-red. Violet and rose, then cherry and wild red berries. Medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity and soft tannins; sour cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry and a dry finish with a hint of almond.

Pairs well with

Tajarin with ragout, antipasti, grilled vegetables and soft cheeses.
