Tasting notes
Ruby red with brick red highlights. Traditional bouquet with scents of ripe fruit and spices. Full-bodied with excellent structure and elegant, very persistent tannin.

- 0.70 hectares at 250 m above sea level, planted in 2001, Guyot training
- Vinification
- Soft crushing, then fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 15 days in temperature-controlled wooden vats, with regular pumping over, followed by medium-long maceration with the submerged cap technique. Racking and malolactic fermentation follow. The wine ages 20 to 24 months in oak barrels, then rests a few months in concrete tanks before bottling.
