Tasting notes
Ruby red with brick red highlights. Fresh bouquet with scents of nuts and leather. Smooth on the palate, with elegant, persistent, sweet, traditional tannin.

- Vinification
- Soft crushing, then fermentation with indigenous yeasts for about 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with regular pumping over. Racking and malolactic fermentation follow. The wine ages 18 to 24 months in oak barrels, then rests a few months in concrete tanks before bottling.
