White
Moda Giuvu
By Filippo Gallino, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
An orange wine at 14% ABV, macerated on its skins and fermented with indigenous yeasts. It is the modern, innovative counterpart to the estate's traditional Moda Veja.
Tasting notes
Marked orange hues. Aromas of ripe orange, bergamot, lemon zest, apricot, ginger, persimmon, dried fruit and light notes of vanilla and propolis. Fresh, citrus acidity on the palate with a light tannin on the finish.
