Le Due Rose

A rosato from red grapes on the left bank of the Tanaro, picked slightly early to preserve freshness and acidity. First bottled in the late 1980s and dedicated to Gianni Gallino's sisters, Enrica and Laura.
Tasting notes
Pale cherry pink. Aromas of red apple, cherry, dog rose and light citrus. Full, fresh, savoury and mineral on the palate, balanced, with wild strawberry and red apple.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, starters, light first courses, white meat, fish dishes.

- A short skin maceration of about 24 hours (variable with the vintage).

- Ages in steel tanks on fine lees.
