A partially fermented, lightly sparkling Brachetto must at around 4.5 to 5% ABV, first bottled in 1992. Known locally as "the Coca-Cola of the Roero".
Tasting notes
Cherry red leaning to ruby. Aromatic nose of dog rose, raspberry, honey and young, crisp red fruit. Sweet on the palate, with wild berries, strawberry and wildflowers.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, fresh and dry pastries, strawberries and peaches, cakes and hazelnut desserts.
