A Riserva Arneis given extended lees ageing with weekly batonnage. First bottled in 2012 and named "4 Luglio" for the shared birthday, 4 July, of winemaker Gianni Gallino and his son Luigi.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with greenish highlights. Aromas of flint, citrus, linden, chamomile, acacia, tropical fruit and hay. Mineral, dry and savoury on the palate, with aromatic herbs and exotic fruit and a persistent citrus finish.
Pairs well with
Raw seafood, aperitif, starters, fish, first courses, white meat, dry pastries.

- Vinified as a white wine, with the must separated from the skins before fermentation, soft-pressed with a pneumatic press and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

- Storage
- On fine lees with weekly batonnage for 12 months, then further ageing in bottle.
