A varietal Sauvignon Blanc from two vineyards with different exposures, aged in steel on fine lees.
Tasting notes
Intense fruity aroma with notes of pineapple, citrus and fresh grass. Fresh and well balanced on the palate, with good structure and persistence.
Pairs well with
Typical Piedmontese antipasti, grilled prawns, roast chicken, pasta with ragu and a range of cheeses.

- Grapes from two vineyards, one facing south-west and the other north-east.
- Vinification
- Grapes are selected and crushed; 50% macerates on the skins for 10 hours at 10 C and the other 50% is pressed directly. The clarified must ferments in stainless steel at 16-18 C, then the wine stays on fine lees for 9 months without malolactic fermentation. Bottled in June. Ageing potential 4 to 6 years.
