A medium-bodied Barbera d'Asti, 30% aged in oak and 70% in steel, bottled without fining or filtration.
Tasting notes
Intense fruity aroma of red berries, with the vinous note typical of young wine. Pleasantly round tannins and good final persistence.
Pairs well with
Egg pasta, grilled meat, roast chicken, meat antipasti, grilled vegetables, delicate cheeses and bagna cauda.

- Late September to the first days of October, with the best bunches selected in the vineyard.
- Vinification
- After destemming and crushing, the wine ferments and macerates for at least 10 days. Malolactic fermentation is natural. It matures until the following summer, when 30% goes into oak barrels and 70% stays in stainless steel; bottled after blending without fining or filtration. Minimum 6 months. Ageing potential 3 to 5 years.
