Medium colour, golden, with aromas of dried fruit and grain.

Ideal as an aperitif. Very good with grilled fish and meat, shellfish, fruit desserts and delicate cheeses.

Vinification
Clarified musts are blended and ferment in stainless-steel autoclave at low temperature (12-14 C). The wine rests two months on fine lees before bottling, giving a young, lightly sparkling (frizzante) wine. Best enjoyed young and fresh.
