Tasting notes
Bright red with intense fruity aroma and Bulgarian rose. Well balanced, fresh, with pleasant aromas and aftertaste.
Pairs well with
Desserts and fresh fruit, especially almond, apple and pumpkin cakes and berries with cream; cherries, peaches, figs, strawberries. Ideal as an aperitif.

- Vinification
- Selected grapes macerate 7 days at low temperature. The must is soft-pressed, settled cold, filtered and kept refrigerated until it ferments in autoclave with selected yeasts at controlled temperature, giving a lively, frizzante wine. Drink young and fresh.
