A Barbera d'Asti Superiore from the Gustin vineyard in Valdonata, 12 months in 20 hl oak barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red with aromas of red fruit such as cherries and strawberries. Fruity flavours, sweet tannins, good balance and a pleasant aftertaste.

Pairs well with

Veal, white meat, game, grilled ribs, pasta, cheeses.

Vinification
Fermentation in stainless steel at 26-28 C with 15 days of maceration; malolactic fermentation follows spontaneously. The wine matures 100% in European oak barrels (20 hl) for 12 months. Ageing potential 7 to 9 years.
