Langhe Nascetta

By Ettore Germano, Barolo, Piemonte, Italy

Ettore Germano Langhe Nascetta

Langhe Nascetta ages 8 to 10 months in terracotta amphorae after a 10-day skin maceration, from 15-year-old vines on silty, calcareous and stony soil in Cigliè.

Tasting notes

The wine has an intense yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, Mediterranean scrubland aromas emerge, with notes of sage, thyme, lemon blossom and iodine. On the palate it stands out for its pronounced acidity, paired with minerality and salinity that give fullness and good length.
