Classic-style Vermouth di Torino released for Cocchi's 130th anniversary, built on Cortese wine and Piedmontese botanicals.
Tasting notes
Fresh apple, melon and white flower notes from the wine, balanced by cardamom, wormwood, coriander and angelica; Piedmontese mint and lemon peel add herbaceous notes and brightness.
Pairs well with
In a Martini or a Bamboo, with tonic water or soda, or over ice.
