Piemonte DOC Brut from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, made by the Martinotti method and produced since 1979.
Tasting notes
Straw colour, almost ivory, with delicate green nuances. Intense, enveloping nose of white flowers such as lotus and gardenia and freshly cut fruit. Creamy in the mouth with notes of white peach, lychee and a hint of fresh hazelnut; squeezed mandarin on the finish.

- Vinification
- First fermentation in steel vats for nearly three weeks, then the wine is chilled so primary yeasts settle. The cuvée is assembled at the end of winter, just before second fermentation in autoclave (Martinotti method). Produced since 1979.
