Zero-dosage Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Noirs from 100% Pinot Noir of a single vintage with no reserve wines and five years on the lees (2019 current, 2018 earlier).
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with fine, persistent bubbles. Delicate floral notes gain intensity, revealing candied white fruit and almond kernel. Five years on the lees give depth; savoury notes meet vibrant acidity, with a long, well-defined finish.

- Entirely hand-harvested; only the finest must fractions (50% yield). First fermentation entirely in stainless steel. Five years on the lees after tirage, no reserve wines, zero dosage. At least six more months in the cellar after disgorgement before release. 2019 edition: 6,221 bottles and 300 magnums. Earlier 2018 edition: no malolactic fermentation, 58 to 72 months on lees.
