A sweet, amber Vermouth di Torino made to the original Giulio Cocchi recipe; since 2011 it has helped drive the revival of top-end Vermouth di Torino.
Tasting notes
Rich taste with vibrant notes of cocoa and bitter orange, and light aromas of camphor and rosemary.
Pairs well with
On ice with a small lemon zest, or as a base for Negroni and Manhattan.

- Made to Giulio Cocchi's original recipe: herbs such as cinchona bark and rhubarb lightly colour the clear wine brown; sugar browned on fire adds amber colour and a crunchy, cotton-candy note without vanilla. Wormwood and citrus lead, with balsamic woods, sandal, myrrh and nutmeg among the minor ingredients. 16% vol, 75 cl.
- Storage
- Close the bottle with its cork after opening; keep chilled and drink within a month.
