Tasting notes
A soft Brut with great character and very intense aroma. The slow foaming process brings out a full, fragrant taste with a long-lasting, very fine perlage.

- First fermentation in steel vats for nearly three weeks, then chilled to let primary yeasts settle. Second fermentation in autoclave, with six months on the yeasts before maturation completes in bottle (long Charmat method).
