Tasting notes
Lively foam and appealing cherry colour. Fresh, elegant bouquet with an intense scent of roses and raspberries. Light tannins counterbalance the sweetness for a pleasant persistence.
Pairs well with
Fresh fruit and elaborate desserts; also as an aperitif in goblets garnished with wild berries.

- Bunches are hand-picked into large baskets and pressed immediately. The very sweet, red-tinged juice ferments in a pressure tank so the grape aromatics pass unaltered into the wine.
