Cocchi Americano

Aromatised wine created by Giulio Cocchi in 1891 and made without interruption to the original recipe; the rooster on the label is a 1930s Futurist design.

Pairs well with

Served well chilled with ice and a splash of soda and orange peel; as a Spritz with dry sparkling wine; in cocktails such as Vesper Martini, Corpse Reviver #2 and White Negroni.

White wine is aromatised with extracts from a cold infusion in alcohol of gentian flowers and leaves, wormwood, cinchona bark, bitter orange peel, elderflower and other herbs and spices, then refined to balance aromas and flavours. Ingredients: wine, sugar, alcohol, herb and spice infusion. 16.5% vol, 75 cl.
Storage
Close the bottle with its cap after opening; keep in a cool place and drink within a month.
