Rosé sparkling wine from 100% Piedmontese Pinot Noir, made by the Martinotti method.
Tasting notes
Slow, continuous perlage; delicate blush pink with lavender nuances. Clear fruity nose of wild strawberries, white peach and light white currant. Balanced between flavour and freshness, silky and full, with wild strawberries, peaches and white flowers and citrus on the long finish.

- Grapes hand-harvested in small boxes and pressed quickly. The pale pink colour comes from a light maceration of whole bunches followed by slow pressing. First fermentation in steel vats followed by a long rest; at the start of spring a 60-day second fermentation in autoclave (Martinotti method).
