- Third edition (2024): over 50% Piedmontese wine, including a Chardonnay from Monferrato limestone soils and a fresh, acidic Cortese. Botanicals include cedar, mandarin, sage, galangal, absinthe, mint, gentian, bergamot and rhubarb. Limited edition of 2,000 bottles, 18% vol, 50 cl, each in a recyclable gift box. Created with bartenders of The Savoy's American Bar (first edition 2014, second 2019).
- Storage
- Close the bottle with its cork after opening; keep cool and consume preferably within a month.
