Zero-dosage Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs from a single vintage with no reserve wines and five years on the lees; a new vintage is released each year (2019 current, 2018 earlier).
Tasting notes
Brilliant, crystalline gold. Refined, layered nose of smoky notes and toasted brioche, then jasmine, acacia blossom, cedar and white peach, with balsamic herbs and white musk. Taut and precise on the palate with vibrant acidity, long finish of white spice and toasted almond, very fine and silky mousse.

- Vinification
- Entirely hand-harvested; only the free-run and finest press fractions (50% juice yield). First fermentation 90% in stainless steel and 10% in oak. Five years on the lees after tirage, no reserve wines, brut nature with 0 g/l dosage. At least six more months in the cellar after disgorgement before release. 2019 edition: 6,213 bottles and 300 magnums. Earlier 2018 edition: 60 months on lees with complete malolactic fermentation.
