Cieck Tucc-un

Tucc-un blends the traditional Canavese red varieties Barbera, Freisa and Neretto di San Giorgio, reviving a historic Canavese field-blend tradition; its name, 'all for one', is also the motto of the Ivrea Alpine Brigade.

Tasting notes

Deep ruby red with evident purple highlights; intense, fragrant bouquet of fresh fruit and brushwood; warm, dry palate with good acidity and persistence, a touch of spice from the wood, and fine tannic structure

Pairs well with

Cured meats and sausages, red meats, boiled meats and game, and pasta dishes with meat sauce, especially with mature cheeses such as goat's cheese; the producer recommends uncorking the bottle two hours before serving
