Cieck T

T is a late-harvest style of Erbaluce di Caluso developed with the University of Turin's Department of Agriculture; the grapes stay on the vine until two weeks after the end of harvest, then age 8 months in wood and 12 months in bottle.

Straw yellow with golden highlights; intense, persistent bouquet with sweet, deep notes; full, long and harmonious on the palate
