Cieck TreCarli

TreCarli is Cieck's tribute to Neretto di San Giorgio, once the Canavese's most common grape and now made in very limited quantities as part of a project to rediscover native varieties of the Province of Turin.

Tasting notes

Bright ruby red with purplish highlights; fruity, vinous, ample bouquet of raspberry and redcurrant; vigorous, lively palate with good structure, a tannic vein and a liquorice aftertaste

Pairs well with

Red and white meats, including grilled dishes, traditional Piedmontese first courses such as tufeja (bean and pork-rind soup), and flavourful sauces
