Tasting notes
Green tinges with an intense straw-yellow colour, lightly veiled if the bottle is shaken. Direct, pronounced, fruity bouquet. Very rich and well-rounded on the palate.

- Wine quality is achieved in the vineyard: biodynamic farming, practised by the estate since 2006, has produced grapes in harmony with the environment and with themselves. Careful manual harvest and years of biodynamic experience have given rise to an unfiltered Gavi wine with no added sulfites of any form.
