Tasting notes
Light golden, lively and bright, with fine bubbles. Intense, lasting aromas of white chocolate that soften into honey and spices. Dry, full and fresh, with a velvety feel, balancing acidity and an almond note.

- Made with the classic method (metodo classico). The process begins with an early harvest of Cortese di Gavi grapes, followed by first fermentation and bottling in the presence of sugars and yeasts. The wine then spends over 24 months on the lees of the second, in-bottle fermentation, before being disgorged and closed with a mushroom cork.
