Tasting notes
Acacia honey yellow with greenish tints. Intense aroma with floral and ripe citrus notes. Elegant, delicate, lively and lingering on the palate.

- From the hilly, oldest part of the estate's vineyards, farmed biodynamically with special attention from pruning onward to obtain particular grapes of Superior quality. The late, exclusively manual harvest, light cryomaceration and soft pressing (max 60% must yield) allow fermentation of a must whose peculiarities go on to characterise the wine; fermentation is conducted at low temperature.
