- Vinification
- A natural wine with no added sulfites in any form. After manual harvest in small crates, the must is poured into handmade, spherical amphorae together with semi-crushed grapes, where fermentation develops in a circular, uniform movement. Once fermentation ends, the grapes rest for a time at the bottom of the amphorae; the wine is bottled after resting for almost a year in the terracotta, which gives it special oxygenation.
