Sparkling Spinola

A frizzante (semi-sparkling) Gavi, fresh and fragrant but dry. Contains sulfites.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with marked green highlights. Intense aroma with floral notes of orange blossom and acacia. Dry like a Gavi, but fresh, fragrant, lively and persistent, with a gentle frizzante sparkle.

- The naturally occurring carbon dioxide bubbles from alcoholic fermentation are captured and retained to make a frizzante (semi-sparkling) wine. Grapes are harvested at the right moment, gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments in an autoclave.
