Tasting notes

Green tinges with an intense straw-yellow colour. The bouquet is pronounced and approachable. Well-rounded, delightful and pure on the palate.

The estate's conviction is that wine quality is achieved in the vineyard. Biodynamic farming has allowed grapes in balance with the environment and with themselves; careful manual harvest, modern cold-controlled processing, and years of vinification experience have produced a Gavi with no added sulphur dioxide in any form.
