Rose colour with delicate reflections of orange and yellow borders. A fresh fragrance that recalls roses. Rich, full and alive on the palate.

Vinification
Made with organic Nebbiolo grapes. The wine follows a simple white-style vinification of a black grape, with immediate separation of the juice from the skins of the freshly harvested grapes, giving a naturally pink colour without further invasive oenological interventions, additives or processing aids.
