Single-MGA Barolo from the Perno hamlet in Monforte d'Alba, grown on tuff soil with layers of red earth, sand and clay.

Tasting notes

Deep red with wide garnet reflections; bouquet of red fruit with spicy notes and light mineral and toasted nuances. Balanced body, acidity and fruit, long finish, firm tannins. Built to age.

Pairs well with

Important main courses such as braised meats, roasts and red meat in general; also good with aged cheeses.
