Cantina del Nebbiolo Castellinaldo

A Barbera d'Alba from the recently recognised Castellinaldo sub-zone, on loose sandy-calcareous soils.

Tasting notes

Good body and strong alcohol; very intense red; ethereal, vinous and spicy aromas; red fruit blends with wood, well balanced with Barbera's characteristic body.

Pairs well with

Traditional Piedmontese dishes such as cured meats, pork, veal cheek, grilled meat and aged cheeses.
