Tasting notes
Intense red colour. The long skin maceration gives velvety notes of violet, tobacco and spice, with harmonious floral layers. Great body, structure and austerity.
Pairs well with
Important main courses such as braised meats, roasts and red meat in general; also good with aged cheeses.
