Cantina del Nebbiolo Langhe Rosato

A rosé made by vinifying red Langhe and Roero grapes off the skins, fresh and mineral.

Tasting notes

Rosé shading from pomegranate to pink grapefruit and pale pink; spicy nose with rose and peach-blossom aromas; fresh, fruity palate with a persistent mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Excellent aperitif; fish dishes including crustaceans, molluscs and seafood pasta; good with sushi.
