Cantina del Nebbiolo Langhe Nascetta

A native Roero variety rediscovered in the last decade, grown on poor sandy soils left of the Tanaro, part-aged in acacia wood.

Tasting notes

Bright straw-yellow; delicate bouquet of sage and lemon blossom developing tertiary aromas with extended bottle age; round and fruity on the palate with a mineral finish.

Pairs well with

Aperitif; raw-fish starters, fish-based first courses, delicate white meats; good with fresh cheeses.
