Tasting notes
Bright red with orange reflections; red fruit and aromatic herbs on the nose; good body with powerful tannins evolving into balsamic, fruity sensations.
Pairs well with
Traditional Piedmontese first and second courses such as agnolotti, roasts and red meat; medium- and long-aged cheeses.
